Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the period ends

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at matcharesume@gmail.com or cancel directly from your account settings.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available for any reason
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, we will provide a full or partial refund
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the difference

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from the initial purchase
  • Usage of services during the subscription period
  • Free tier services

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us at matcharesume@gmail.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid charges.
